We conduct a variety of basic, advance and short-term and crash courses ranging from basic cooking to western cuisine, baking, pastries, snacks, chocolates and ice-cream
Our associate faculty also conducts art and craft classes and language proficiency classes

Classes in cookery are conducted:  11 am to 1 pm and 2 pm to 4 pm.

CHAAT:
Pani puri, aloo puri, bhel puri, masala puri, dahi puri, tomato chaat, sev puri.

NORTH INDIAN:
Navaratna kurma, paneer-mutter masala, dhum aloo, chana masala, palak paneer.

SOUTH INDIAN:
Sambar, Rasam, Vegetable curries, vegetable palya, dry vegetable.

MANGALOREAN:

MUGHLAI:

Jam, jelly, squash, syrup, ketchup and sauce;

BAKING:
Basic course (sponge cake, chocolate cake, marble cake,)

PASTRY:
(Black Forest, Pineapple Cake, Strawberry Cake).

CHOCOLATE:
Basic chocolate: Dark chocolate, milk chocolate, Fruit-and-nut chocolate, Roasted almond, mint and coconut chocolate. Advance course: (Waffle chocolate, Honey chocolate, Crispy chocolate, Nutty chocolate, Chocolate with fillings).

ICE-CREAM: Basic course:
Vanilla, softie, chocolate, pista, strawberry Advance course: Banana Split, Cassata, Crunchy Chocolate, Kulfi, Three-in-one, Jelly ice-cream, Sundae, Butter scotch

CHINESE: (Veg):
Veg Noodles, Sweet-and-sour vegetable, Gobhi Manchuri, Fried Rice, Veg Chow mein.

CHINESE: (non-veg):

ITALIAN:
minestrone soup, Melanzane Al Forno, Tortellini Di Ricotta, barbecued Italian roast, chicken and tomato lasagne, prawns gratinated.

PIZZA (pitza):
pizza base, pizza sauce, margherita, simply veg and fiery chicken

SPECIAL PIZZA:
chicken Hawaiian, country feast, veggie & chicken supreme, exotica and pepperoni.

PASTA:
Baked cheese Pasta, Spiral Pasta with white sauce, Penne pasta with tomato concasse, Pasta sauce and semi-glaze sauce. Lasgna served with mixed vegetables or chicken
